Win-win

Remote work, and returning to work are two sides of arguments that do not accurately state the positions of those involved. These reflect two groups of people spending more time defending their own positions instead of finding solutions. Value is created by the company seeking the reasons why employees do not want to return to a typical five days in the office work schedule.  They dig into the reasons and find a solution that satisfies everyone involved.  Remote work and return to work are not the only options, and neither side is advocating for the best option.
