Time to sink or swim

An unprecedented shift in higher income jobs, population density, and overall wealth is continuing at a rapid rate across America.  It is likely to accelerate in the years to come.  America's new economic map shows growing differences between people, and how they choose to interact with the communities they are surrounded by.  Virginia is no exception.  Several cities in Virginia are poised to move swiftly in one direction or another over the next 10 years.  Harrisonburg is a perfect example of a city with the right combination of education, academic proximity, and low cost of living.  Will it leverage these advantages properly?
