Starting with the customer

We are living in a time of economic uncertainty. That does not mean the product sold at the lowest price always wins in the long run; nor the short run for that matter. Price wars happen between two organizations that are unable to differentiate themselves to the customer. It is a mistake, a colossal one at that, to start with the assumption you should always charge, the least amount of money possible for a product or service.
