When you are good with a hammer

Just because you can build it, that does not mean that you should build it.  The decision to build anything (apartments, homes, offices) should be based on your understanding of the market demand.  Building apartments that are not needed or wanted is not going to make you money.  Too many people find a natural skill in acquiring funding for a new building without questioning if it should be built in the first place.  When you are good with a hammer, everything looks like a nail.
